NEWS: Pricy Porsche Pressies Peeps?

Yep, it's the first Christmas post of the season (with just under two months to go, so we did well to hold off this long eh? Ed). We'll leave that to your own taste whether that's a good or a bad thing.
But we're starting the product-fest with a good one... especially for those who can't afford a Porsche, but love the brand, and are still minted/love to over-spend.
Yep, the Porsche shop its open and ready top take your hard-earned... and plenty of it too make no mistake!

They say: "From stocking fillers, to four-wheeled thrills, Porsche has a full range of Christmas gift ideas on-hand for 2015, making it easy to find the perfect present for the discerning Porsche enthusiast or petrolhead this festive season."
Pick from the cracking driving courses on offer in 2016 at the Silverstone-based Porsche Experience Centre – including wet/low grip, skid pan, handling circuit and an awesome off-road course – to the latest time pieces (that's watches & clocks folks!), too-cool-for-school toys and various accessories from the Porsche Driver's Selection, for busy business types of a certain age.
"There's something for every age or budget," says Porsche... which is true, if you're over 18 and pretty, ney extremely affluent we'd add!

The brand that seems to have forgotten not everyone is utterly loaded continue: "For a flat-out foray into the world of Porsche sports cars, the Porsche GT driving experience at Silverstone (£750 per person) will put guests behind the wheel of the company's most extreme road-legal race cars."
These special days include expert tuition and coaching from a dedicated Porsche Driving Consultant and on-track action in the brand-new 911 Carrera, and a selection from one of the "modern Porsche classics" including the 997 GT3 RS, the 997 4.0 litre RS or the latest 911 GT3 RS.
Not enough?
"There's also the option to choose your favourite Porsche model from the range for a high-octane 90 minute one-to-one driving experience at the Silverstone Experience Centre (£295). Available to anyone over the age of 18 with a full and valid driving licence, the sessions are tailored to each individual, providing a truly unique and bespoke experience. Guests can also choose a premium upgrade for the chance to drive the new Boxster Spyder, Cayman GT4 or the new 911 Turbo - a must for those in search of an extra thrill (£345)."
Bargain!

Or, if driving experiences are out of the question and budget (which for most folk, understandably, that's true!), you can get your hands off the brand new Winter 911 selection.
Porsche continue:"Mixing style with durability, Porsche Driver's Selection have launched a brand-new 911 Winter Collection. At the forefront of the new range is the limited edition, Swiss-made automatic watch with interchangeable straps allowing you to switch between your choice of classic black leather or sophisticated stainless steel. Complete with stylish presentation box, the set includes a limited edition Porsche badge and a 911 model sculpture: the perfect gift for all Porsche fans this Christmas (£1,300 - available from November). To stay warm in the winter frost, the collection also introduces a classic black two-in-one windproof jacket with removable lined gilet in matching styles for both him and her (£380).
"Bringing a touch of retro cool is the exclusive Porsche Classic Cooler (£450) inspired by the early air-cooled 911 models. This authentic wine cooler serves as the perfect accompaniment to the Porsche vintage wine bottle stopper (£35) and bottle opener (£40)."
Or why not spoil your little one with a soft toy?
Porsche say: "A fury companion for our youngest fans this Christmas comes in the form of a Giant Motorsport teddy bear (£150), dressed in the official Porsche race suit with matching cap and numbered pass, whilst the iconic Porsche 911 silhouette is recreated in the My First Porsche wooden sports car (£16), complete with rear spoiler."
Then there's models...
"The 911 is celebrating over 50 years as one of the World's most iconic sports cars and is also available in the metal. The new generation 911 Carrera and Carrera S models are no exception and provide the perfect gift idea for collectors (£36)."
Or how about some business accessories...?
"Finally, the Porsche Driver's Selection has an exciting range of festive accessories that may come in handy whether at work or at home. Starting with the Sport Classic Briefcase (£450), there's also the iconic Porsche 911 computer mouse (£60), classic leather iPad Air case (£140) and high capacity 911 Carrera USB stick (£35) - there is something for even the most discerning enthusiast," they say.
Porsche also offers an extensive range of clothing, accessories, jewellery and model cars available to purchase through one of the 35 Porsche Centres nationwide or online at www.porsche.co.uk/shop.
The phrase 'how the other half live' springs to mind, but we're sure it's all very high quality and very nice, but can't tell you as they didn't send us any samples... quelle surprise!
